Afal y Graig – meaning Apple of the Rock – started from an orchard in the craggy landscape near Afan Argoed.
The Afal y Graig range is made from 100% fresh pressed juice from cider apples, and includes three still and two sparkling ciders from dry to sweet.
There’s also a dry sparkling ‘Applesecco’ made using eating apples, with champagne yeast added.
